Privacy Policy

This document explains how Batak Clash collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you play Batak Clash we collect: (a) account identifiers — a randomly generated username for the guest account created on your device (this version offers no social sign-in, so we receive no name or email address from any provider); (b) gameplay data — the bids and passes you make, the trump suits you choose, the cards you play, the tricks and hand scores that result, your final placement at each table, whether your seat was played out after you left or disconnected, and in-app currency balances (you never type anything during a match); (c) social data — your friends and friend requests, and the text of the direct messages you send (a message caught by our moderation filter is kept in its original form for up to 90 days so it can be reviewed); (d) support data — what you send us when you contact support; (e) device data — device identifier, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region derived from your IP. This version of the app shows no ads and collects no advertising identifier — it ships with an advertising SDK that this release never activates, so no ad is ever requested. It contains no crash-reporting software and does not register your device for push notifications. Security and anti-abuse records — the device identifier, operating system version, app version, and IP address seen when you sign in or use the app — are kept to detect ban evasion and multi-accounting, and are deleted automatically 180 days after that device was last seen. First-match analytics — during your first few matches we also record when you start a match, make your first move, leave a match, or send the app to the background mid-match. These records are used only in aggregate, to improve how new players are introduced to the game, and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data above to: run matches and matchmaking — including filling empty seats so a table can start, and playing out the seat of a player who leaves or disconnects so the other three can finish — run friends and direct messages (including moderating and acting on reported messages), answer support requests, prevent cheating, keep your inventory and currency in sync, and improve the game with aggregate gameplay statistics. We do not sell or share your personal information.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share limited data only with the cloud hosting and database services that run the game, and each receives only the minimum data needed for its function. This version of Batak Clash sends nothing to advertising networks, social sign-in providers, crash-reporting or push-notification services. If a later version adds any of them, this policy will be updated before that version is released.

4. Children

Batak Clash is not directed at children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us via the in-app Contact Us form and we will delete it.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account permanently deleted by tapping Delete Account in Settings or by reaching us through Contact Us. Account deletion is irreversible: your username, match history, and inventory are permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Security

Authentication tokens are stored on the device using the operating system's secure storage. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we maintain incident-response procedures and will notify affected users in line with applicable law if a breach occurs.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes materially. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app at next launch. Continued use of Batak Clash after a change indicates acceptance.

8. Contact

Use the Contact Us form in Settings to reach our support and privacy team. We respond inside the app.
