These Terms govern your use of Batak Clash. By installing or playing, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Batak Clash. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.
You play with a guest account created on your device; this version offers no social sign-in. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account, sell it, transfer it, or use another person's account without their permission.
Batak Clash is a competitive game. You agree not to: use a bot, solver, or any other software to choose your bids, trump, or cards; share what is in your hand with, or otherwise collude with, another player at your table; exploit bugs to inflate score, currency, or rewards; harass, threaten, or impersonate other players; or attempt to disrupt the service. Some seats may be played by the game rather than by a person — when too few players are waiting, or when a player leaves or disconnects. If you leave a match, or are away past the grace period, your seat is played out for you and you are ranked last. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal from leaderboards, and forfeiture of in-game items.
Energy, Coins, and Gems are virtual items licensed to you for use within the app. They have no real-world value, are non-refundable except where required by law (or by the policies of the app store you purchased from), and cannot be transferred outside the game. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, balance, and availability of virtual items.
This version of Batak Clash offers no real-money purchases. If purchases are introduced, they will be processed by your device's official app store, and these Terms will be updated before they are offered.
This version of Batak Clash shows no ads. It ships with an advertising SDK, but this release never activates it, so no ad is requested or displayed and no advertising identifier is collected. If ads are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before they are shown.
When you send a direct message or contact our support team, the text you provide is processed by our servers. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
We may suspend or terminate access to Batak Clash at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.
Batak Clash is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case the law of your jurisdiction controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We will update the "Last updated" date above when these Terms change materially. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app at next launch. Continued use indicates acceptance.
